Refund policy

At Sharpen Up!, we pride ourselves on offering premium stationery products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  1. Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Remain in its original packaging.

  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalised Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised goods unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Stationery Products: Items such as pens, pencils, and pencil cases may be returned, but they must remain sealed in their original packaging. Please note that return postage costs will be your responsibility, and these must be covered to receive a refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sharpen-up.co.uk. Once your return is approved, items should be sent to the following address:

We will provide instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. For any return-related queries, feel free to reach out to us at hello@sharpen-up.co.uk.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@sharpen-up.co.uk. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 working days of approval, please contact us at hello@sharpen-up.co.uk.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to return your non personalised order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
